Ernest Seow Teng Peng was in the public accounting profession for about 40 years, and was an audit partner of international public accounting firms for 24 years. In 2004, he retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
After his retirement he served as an independent director of a number of companies both listed and unlisted and provided financial advice when requested. He was an expert witness on financial matters for several legal cases including two notable ones.
Ernest is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Singapore and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and also a fellow member of CPA Australia.
He is our Senior Consultant for Litigation Support Services.

Henry Lim Shien Ching FCA (Singapore), ASEAN CPA, CISA has more than 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors. He has vast experience in the field of external and internal audits, transaction support and tax compliance services.
Henry was awarded two Government scholarships to pursue his Bachelor (Honours) in Arts and Social Science degree with the National University of Singapore and then his Masters in Business Administration with Accountancy specialization degree with the Nanyang Business School.
He started his career with the Auditor-General Office raising to the rank of deputy director before leaving to join FKT – Grant Thornton and was rapidly admitted as an audit partner leading audits of both publicly listed companies and privately held enterprises. His experience includes audits of not-for-profit organisations including Government bodies and town councils. He also assisted companies seeking listing in the Singapore Stock Exchange as their reporting accountant as well as performed financial due diligence for companies as part of their mergers or acquisitions exercise.
In 2017, Henry joins us as a Partner to manage our Tax Department in addition to providing advisory services. He also acts as our Technical Partner on accounting and taxation matters. Henry is passionate about nurturing a younger generation of accountants and is actively involved in imparting his skills and knowledge to the younger generation through his involvement with the Singapore CA Qualification as a workshop facilitator and examination marker. He is also an adjunct lecturer at SUSS.

Iman Rohan, a Chartered Secretary, is an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and has extensive professional corporate secretarial experience. She is also a member of CPA Australia.
Her experience covers many areas of corporate secretarial practice in public and private companies over a wide range of industries.
She is the Director of RAS Corporate Secretarial Services Pte Ltd, an associate of Rohan ● Mah & Partners LLP. RAS provides advisory services and statutory compliance on
incorporation of companies, registration of foreign companies (branches), registration of representative offices and applications for employment & dependant passes.
She enjoys attending musicals and roaming in foreign museums.

Mohd Azwan Said CA CPA, ASEAN CPA, graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Information Systems) degree from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.
Upon graduation, he started his accountancy career in the commercial industry with a multinational company before working for consulting firms, which specialise in business advisory and compliance services. His experience in commerce include companies involved in trading, manufacturing and electronics (FMCG).
Thereafter, Azwan worked as an auditor in an international accounting firm, Deloitte before joining RMP. In RMP, one of his value-added tasks is to undertake the Audit Training Program for the Firm which he enjoys. His speciality includes Group Audits and consultancy work in Valuation and Due Diligence.
He is an Audit and Advisory Services Partner after being our Audit Manager for several years. He now heads the Firm's Audit Department and is the driving force to continually enhance RMP's ability to perform high-quality audits for our local and international clients.
His out-of-office passions besides his family, include reading and swimming.

Rohan Kamis FCA FCPA FCCA, ASEAN CPA, formed Rohan · Mah & Partners LLP in October 1993 to service the niche between the Big Four international accounting firms and the smaller local firms.
He graduated in 1975 from the University of Singapore in Accountancy. He was the PAP Member of Parliament (MP) for Telok Blangah Constituency from February 1979 to December 1984. Whilst as an MP, he was a member of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee that was responsible for the statutory and value-for-money audits for all Government Ministries, Statutory Boards and Government Companies. He is also a member of several professional institutions including the British Computer Society.
Rohan held many important portfolios in several quasi-government, commercial and professional organizations. In 1987 he set up Rohan + Siew, an accounting practice with management consultancy services specializing in Executive Search & Selection before forming Rohan · Mah & Partners LLP. He is also the founding Chairman of ASNAF Public Accounting Corporation.
He sits on the boards of several private and public companies. In addition, he is on the Inquiry and Disciplinary panels of the Singapore Medical Council, the Law Society and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. In July 2014, he co-edited and launched a book of autobiographical essays “We also SERVED: Reflections of Singapore former PAP MPs".
As Managing Partner, he is to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the firm.

Suree Rohan, CA, ASEAN CPA, is the Audit and Tax Principal at Rohan Mah & Partners LLP. She also heads their Advisory Department for financial institutions and foreign investors.
Her previous experiences include wealth management with Citibank, an American multi-national banking and financial services corporation.
Her accountancy career started with international accounting firm, Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor for international financial institutions such as banks, hedge funds, asset managers and global commodity trading companies.
Thereafter, she took on an Advisory role as a Regional Consultant with financial institutions in Asia Pacific. Her risk management, internal audit, compliance and corporate governance work saw her based in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Ms Suree currently serves on the Board of Governors for Republic Polytechnic, as well as Board Director of Agency of Integrated Care (AIC), Singapore Environment Council (SEC), Jurong Port and Malay Heritage Foundation (MHF). She is also the Co-Chairman of the Arts Consultative Panel of the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA).
Ms Suree was the Vice President of Singapore Muslim Women’s Association (PPIS), a S$40M Charity (IPC status) with ten (10) Service Centres island wide focusing on the welfare of Women, Children and Families from 2013 to 2024.
She served as Trustee and Director of OaksPlus Limited (Registered Charity) which manages nine (9) Childcare and Infantcare Centres which are majority SPARKS accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) from 2021 to 2024.
She was also a member of the Community Chest Committee, the philanthropy and engagement arm of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) from 2016 to 2020.
Ms Suree graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Hons) Major in Computing from Nanyang Technological University and holds a Master of Business Administration, MBA (Specialisation Accountancy) from Nanyang Business School.

Sakana graduated in 2002 with a Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Finance) from Hertfordshire University, UK after obtaining her Diploma in Accountancy from INTI College, Malaysia.
After nearly 14 years working experience as Accountant and Finance Manager with MNCs and Local Listed companies, she joined RAS Consultancy Services to head our accounting out-sourcing services. Her responsibilities include book-keeping services, payroll services, accounting advisory, accounting administration and GST submission for our local and international clients.
Her workstation is one of the neatest amongst us.

Tan How Choon FCA (Singapore) has about 40 years of experience in forensic accounting and IT services with both public and private sectors. He is a Certified IT/S Auditor, Adjunct Associate Professor of NTU and a Training Consultant and Secretary of White Collar Crime Investigation Program/Committee under Prime Minister’s Office strategic leadership initiative.
How Choon was Chief Information Officer with Ministry of Home Affairs. His previous job holdings included Senior Systems Consultant at Sperry Rand/Sperry Computer Systems (now Unisys), Chief IT Auditor and Director of Government Information Services Department at Singapore National Computer Board.
At NCB, he was involved in several national strategic planning projects including IT2000/Intelligent Island, Library 2000, Civil Service Computerized Systems (CSCP). He led the Ministry of Home Affairs’ National Registration Identity Card project team to successfully implement the New NRIC System and Central Investigation Department’s Finger Print System in 1990. In late 1980s, he designed and implemented the first Enterprise Resource Planning System for the German Rollei Camera factory in Singapore before ERP became fashionable.
He graduated from Nanyang University with a B. Com. degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. Subsequently, he pursued and obtained MSc (Management of Technology) (NUS) and MBA (Accountancy) (NTU) whilst achieving scholarships from National Computer Board. He was also Adjunct Associate Professor with National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School’s MBA program from 1998 to 2004 and Australian National University (ANU)’s Master of International Management program from 2001 to 2004.
